The original Taekwon-do we find traces in the history of Korea from a third BC, during the reign of the Koguryo dynasty. 1935th year, a group of Japanese archaeologists found frescoes showing the royal warriors in positions very similar to today's Taekwondo technique. In the history of the Koguryo dynasty that came to power 918 years Taekwondo has occupied an important place, and was known as Subak.
