The Vineyard of Roddi is a terrace on the hills of the Langhe, as soon as you leave the main road and take the road to get to this restaurant with rooms there is a feeling of letting the shoulders fatigue, stress of a day. Rossano and Manolo Allochis are two brothers with a long experience, since 2005 run with loving care Roddi The Vineyard, a place where the traditional Piedmontese cuisine is prepared with creativity and the guest is served and pampered.

Rossano and Manolo are started from the "Albeisa" they got cut in half, grinded and placed on a wooden stand, creating a dish unique desing, delighting not only the taste buds of the guests but also the eyes. La Mesa buta has immediately achieved success and a lot of curiosity among the guests, so much so that the brothers Allochis think of a practical way to export this idea beyond the borders decodom of the vineyard.
Abandoned wood for hygienic issues and preferred a light alloy instead of glass, too fragile and unstable, was born buta Mesa, made of ABS, a plastic food, light, easy to carry, durable and washable.
After various combinations and experiments is born then the final shape of Mesa buta which is currently sold in a set tricolor, decodom black or white directly to the Vineyard Roddi. The set of buta Mesa is composed of 6 "plates" that can also become the practical bottle holder.
Mesa buta is a project entirely made in Italy, which involved the creative laboratory Tole through the processing of foils, ropes, fabrics, created for these dishes desing of beautiful containers to carry the particular set of dishes and make it even more unique .
